Star of the delays in the prison beauty contest – The Sun

The former killers, drug mules and guerrilla soldiers participated in a catwalk show and a question and answer session for the contest yesterday.


Prisoner Diana Layton, scooped 21-arising in connection with a right-wing paramilitary group when she was 12-this year the prize for winning a gift bag and a tiara.

Mrs Layton said: "with this election, it's like an opportunity to get myself to create the entry again.


"To feel so female prepare for the contest has been so much fun. I feel loved and admired."


Secretary of the Colombian prison and coordinator of the election Virginia Camacho said: "the fact that they are an error made in their lives does not mean they are not allowed to be a human being or to feel like a woman."
